We are excited to announce our 6 week fat loss challenge!

So many people start the new year with a weight loss goal, why not make it fun and add a challenge? You get to compete for a prize, get some great training, and change your lifestyle in the process.  

Most weight loss resolutions start off strong, but the sad truth is that most people abandon their goals for the couch, and quit the gym before spending even one month working to achieve their goals. 

This happens because people don't have the support system they need, have trouble staying committed over the long haul, or just don't know what to do. We are here to help you!

We will...

  • Help you lose weight and get closer to that ideal body you have always wanted
  • Lay out nutrition in a way that doesn't require you to give up the foods you love
  • Provide the accountability and community support you need to be successful
  • Keep you accountable for changing the habits that you choose are most important

3 Chances to Win

In this years challenge we are changing things up a little bit. This year there are more chances to win and more categories to improve upon.  

This year we are also doing a team challenge.  This will be teams of 2.  You can create your team in one of 4 ways:

1)    A current member will bring a friend in as part of their team

2)   Two new clients that are not current members can join the challenge as a team

3) Two current members can form their own team

4) If you are a new client you can also be placed with a current member that does not have a teammate


Each Team will be awarded points over the course of the challenge in a few different categories: 

Weight Loss

Strength Gain

Habit Change

Training sessions attended

This system will be explained in depth through email and during the orientation meeting. 

  • Most Facebook check-ins gets a one month supplement package
  • Refer the most friends and win $100
  • The team who earns the most points during the 6 week challenge wins hotel and airfare for two to the beautiful Las Vegas!

7pm Orientation #1 (Nutrition Seminar), weigh-ins open and challenge begins

February 17th

Final weigh ins and challenge end, Social at Rooney's Wine and Spirits. 


New Members: $259 That's only $22 per session a $191 savings, a chance to win and everything above included.  
Current Members: $100 buy-in each or increase training sessions for 2 months.
