FREE Workout Benefiting NAMI

Join us for a FREE workout where we will be collecting donations for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI provides support for those suffering from mental illness, education for family and friends, funds research for new medications and treatments, and advocates for change in national public policy. Mental health is just as important as physical health and together we can fight to end the stigma.
