It is pretty common for people to gain 10-15 pounds during the holidays. All the cookies, cakes, pie, stuffing, gravy and drinks it makes it hard to hold your self back and not just indulge. You are with family and want to let loose or are with family you cant stand and need to cope. Maybe you have a couple drinks and that third piece of pumpkin pie starts calling your name. Before you know it you are back home stepping on the scale, shaking your head and saying to your self "Great now what have I done?"
What if I told you it didn't have to be that way? What if there was a strategy you could use to make sure you didn't gain that weight over the holidays and actually made progress toward your fitness goals during the holiday season?
It is going to take some work but you can do it and I can show you the way. Come out on November 14th at 10am for the "Surviving the Holidays" Nutrition Seminar.
