As much as the “experts” on social media want you to believe that you need to do is some special workout to get the body you want, take a particular supplement or eat specific foods, they are wrong.
There are a lot of reasons why people struggle to reach their strength and fitness goals. These are just a few of the common reasons I see with my clients.
